Long Distance Drivers: Go to destination in early AM. Drive against the flow of traffic to back into unloading area. Back to the closed gate until 7:45 when they open the gate. Good Luck to ya !! 2:30 am for me Went smooth!!
Great customer service, Eddie was exceptioanlly helpful and very professional.
Battery was practically good for the first year and a half. Then it started to fail almost every single time we went out to even the grocery store. I had people give me a jump. I've always gone with Walmart batteries and their warranty plus customer service are non comparable. This time I decided to buy the Duralast Platinum AGM from Advanced Auto Parts for over $260 and it's been a such a pleasant experience noticing the performance of this battery. H6 battery I got from them couldn't beat it. Stick to Walmart/AutoZone/O'Reilly's/Advanced Auto Parts.
If you have a big truck and are picking up here, do not. It’s a tiny little driveway in the middle of the city that they want you to back onto. Their broker also send you a confirmation that they open till 16:00, but when there is no one to load you, they will tell you that they are open till 3pm
Why would anyone buy batteries here? Auto shops, WalMart and Costco offer 30 day returns. I went because it was recommended to me and I blindly went without doing my ordinary comparison. $2400.00 later my golf cart runs only a bit better than my bad batteries that I replaced. They say the batteries are ok and will not allow me to return them. I had a golf cart repair company check the batteries for another $250.00 and they show a test report that 3 of them are bad. They obviously do not work in my golf cart. Continental will not allow me to return them. If you are looking to get any batteries there are places that will not hassle you if the batteries do not work. These guys can just say no sorry your problem. What would possess you to even look at a place like this for a battery? Caveat Emptor Let the buyer beware.
