Called the 800 number and made a rez. When I arrived 35min before closing ... Maria took me to see the unit thank goodness she did because it was absolutely to small! She and Joe showed me 2 other sizes so I would be okay moving in my belongings with ease! The process was quick and painless literally in and out. Super convenient location with great hours to access your unit! Thank you Maria & Joe!! 10/10 recommend!
5 Stars – Excellent Storage Experience! I’ve been extremely happy with my experience with CubeSmart. The communication from the staff has been top-notch from day one—responsive, professional, and always helpful. I also feel like I got great value for what I paid, especially considering how secure and clean the unit is. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining the property, and that gave me peace of mind about storing my belongings here. Highly recommended!
Ended up renting a cover RV spot from Maria and Joe at the S. Durango location. I must say that of all the places we visited in the area, they were the most professional, informative, friendly, and easy to know kind of people. Made me feel right at home.
We just moved into our storage unit. The facilities are not brand new but in very good shape and the price at our location is reasonable. The only downfall at 2990 S. Durango is it was very very hot inside. They are supposed to be air cooled, so not sure what's going on with that just yet. If you have had heat stroke or heat related issues, it could be a problem. Other than that, so far so good. Maria is very nice and upfront, so that's a plus.
