CubeSmart Self Storage

I have been a long time customer. I expressed my desire to move to a smaller unit and Virginia, the mgr. made sure I was aware of the October special which gave me the incentive to start downsizing. Once I selected a new unit, I was not satisfied of the condition so Virginia allowed me to select a different unit and processed the transfer with ease. Additionally, I had some trouble with the door on my old unit and Virginia had maintenance help me get in, and he was also very helpful. The facility itself is also well looked after, the buildings are nice and clean. Virginia was very courteous and attentive to my storage needs. Kathleen Lindsley

My email was answered in less than 5 mins. The communication in the entire process was outstanding. Virginia and David were the best! I was in the area and wanted to go check it out before I moved in. I wasn’t going to move in until the next day. They kindly gave me their time. Showed me how to get to my unit and answered any questions I had. I didn’t realize it was closing time for them. You would have never known it by their kindness and helpfulness. Thanks you guys! I’m so happy to have found this place.

I had my unit broken into and my things stolen and was never called, it was a month later that I had seen a new lock on my unit and went to ask them about it and only then was it explained to me why, and less than 3 months later I went to my unit again and found my lock tampered with. I went to the office at 4:25 when it said they close at 5 and all the lights were off and no one was anywhere to be seen. I dont feel like they take security seriously even though they allegedly do 1-3 walk through a of the units each day. Cameras are only outside the buildings, not in the hallways themselves so there is no monitoring who is going in or out to which units and multiple times I’ve been there and the gate is simply left open.

I would have given 5 star , I took 3 star off because the assistant manager who I dealt with needs to take some costumer relation class. He is rude, short , uncooperative. He could have made a great sale with me , I am a long time costumer with this storage place. I would prefer to deal with someone else , this is a deal breaker for me. He needs to be reminded of the old saying " you catch more flies with honey". Attitude is everything in the costumer service department. I like the storage snd everything else is convenient except to deal with this manager. O liked better the previous one.

Horrible place. They set you up to be robbed there. My storage was broken into after 2 days of moving things in. No camera no security and none of the gates are locked .

Daniel is an amazing dedicated manager. Thanks so much for making it easy to store my home for a short time. Much easier than other companies, go see Daniel if you need storage!!!

I personally liked this storage. I liked being able to use the app to enter the gate. Darren is the office manager and he was very very helpful when we had first inquired about mine and my boyfriend’s storages. I love that they have the climate control units, right off the freeway super convenient. My biggest issue was always the door. Since the day we moved in, it was bent and wouldn’t stay rolled up. I was always concerned that it would end up hitting my head and it did come close. I was also always watching it though to make sure it didn’t.
