My wife and I visited Cycle Gear on Decatur while we were on a week vacation. I wanted her to try on different helmets that we did not have access to in our local area. Jeremy spent over an hour with us making suggestions specific to her issues with her current helmet. He was extremely knowledgeable about his products. After spending our time with Jeremy we decided on purchasing a Shoei Neotec 3 that day. We went back the next day to have her Cardo moved from her current helmet to the Neotec. While we were there I decided on purchasing a Neotec for myself as well. The amazing staff moved both of our Cardo units to the new helmets. I cant say enough about how friendly the staff are at this store. We spent 2 days riding around the Las Vegas and California area using the helmets and had no issues. I can't say enough about how Jeremy made our experience enjoyable. He treated us like VIP. If we ever return to Las Vegas, we will definitely be visiting Jeremy at Cycle Gear on Decatur. Cudos to all the staff at Cycle Gear on Decatur. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Cycle Gear! The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my Yamaha R3. They took the time to walk me through different exhaust options and helped me pick the perfect one for both performance and sound. They also made sure I got the right alarm setup for extra security, explaining everything clearly and professionally. The customer service was outstanding — everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy and confident with my purchase. I highly recommend Cycle Gear to anyone looking for quality parts and expert advice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Employees are awesome! So helpful! As soon as my husband and I walked in the door, they asked if they could help me find anything. They explained all the different features of the products I was looking at and helped me make a decision on what was best for me. I bought a helmet and a cardo, and after the purchase they set it all up in my helmet for me. When I left, I stayed in the parking lot to test it out (also did the software update then) and found out the microphone wasn't working. Went back inside and asked them to double check. They did some troubleshooting and found out the microphone was actually faulty straight out of the box. They told us that almost never happens and replaced the microphone for us. We did some more testing and got all the cardo app settings set up the way we wanted. And during all the troubleshooting and testing, we had several employees check in on us every now and then to make sure we were getting taken care of, even though they were busy. They are all very invested in making sure their customers are satisfied.

I recommend this place for their selection of quality gear. From helmets to boots and everything inbetween, they've got you covered.

Walked in wanting a helmet to start off with my first bike. No later than 20 minutes I walked out with a brand new Sedici helmet, matching gloves, and plenty of knowledge for new gear down the line. Both of which I love and fit perfectly thanks to the help from Jeremy.

International visitors needed to kit out for a ride later on our visit. Johnny provided exceptional service and ensured we got all the items we needed. He didn’t push the most expensive but recommended the most practical for our needs. Even stayed beyond the end of his shift to ensure we were looked after. Highly recommend this store.
