Extra Space Storage

I really hope I remember her name right. I mixed things up a little bit on my end when renting my spot. Christine simply was able to fix my errors and immediate get me Into a new storage spot. Incredibly helpful (and fun) moving can be an absolutely awful process and I camt imagine how bad this could have been if it wasnt for Christine's help. AAA+ customer service, she did what she could to help and im every grateful for the services provided. If I ever need storage in the future, re-using this service would be a no Brainer.

If I could give this place more stars I would! Christine has been absolutely amazing to work with from the start. She truly cares about her customer needs and goes above and beyond to ensure they have the right space. Her personality and laugh are contagious!! Make sure to ask for Christine when you come here.

Had a great experience renting the truck. Christine allowed the process to be quick, even amongst the computer systems lagging and freezing. She was able to get me in and out even regardless of the issues. Great customer service and I will for sure be coming back and referring people!!

I’ve had a great experience with Towne Storage! The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful — they always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to assist. The facility is super clean, well-maintained, and has a really cool, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they care about keeping everything organized and professional.
