Very friendly staff when I called. I got some wiring done in my house and was very pleased with the punctuality, service, and caring technicians. Even though they were working in my residence for a whole day it did not interrupt my day. Great clean attic work and when they left you could not tell they were even there because of the clean-up work with so much attention to detail. In total 7 cameras were added to my residence and my whole IT closet was cleaned. They gave me options and explained everything so I could understand It. It is clear to me that this company and its employees have unparalleled experience in the industry, care about quality service, and customer satisfaction.

I found myself again needing help from ICU computers and was again blown away by their superior service. I was having connection problems with my printer after moving and was getting totally frustrated. I called ICU for help and Angel answered my call. She truly is an angel because she very patiently and kindly walked me through the steps to get my printer and I on speaking terms again. Angel is fabulous...all of the ICU family are fabulous!! We had our office internet upgraded by cox and suddenly nothing was connected anymore. We could not get a tech to come out. We were pretty desperate and found ICU Computers and they were amazing! A problem that was lasting multiple weeks was solved in a day with them! Very nice and very professional!
