I really like shopping at IKEA — it’s always clean and well organized, and the products are great. The only issue I’ve noticed is parking and EV charging. Sometimes it’s really hard to find a parking spot, especially on weekends. Also, the electric car chargers are almost always occupied, and some cars stay there for a long time even after they’re fully charged. It would be nice if IKEA could add more chargers or have a better system to make sure people move their cars once they’re done charging.

Clean, organized, and fun. Good to see this store emphasizes environmental and sustainability efforts. Great to have optional meat and plant-based snacks in the cafeteria. The store is located on the north side of town and making Durango a cool place to visit.

I have visited several Ikea's in the US and this was a smaller one. I was in awe of there dining/sitting area. Very nice decor. Smaller café than other stores but they also have the snack bar downstairs. I ordered the Swedish meatball sundae which I have never seen before and it was good and reasonable for $2.50. The only downside was they were out of ice cream. Very nice store!

They need to rename this place Hotel California because when you want to check out, you can never leave. They trap you in! It's so hard to get out. I got so tired trying to find someone to help with some questions I had so I just ended up going to the Cafe to reset and de-stress. Chocolate cake to the rescue. But they really need more help throughout the store, not just in one area.

Nice store , I always love a trip to IKEA. This one is like any other IKEA I’ve been to EXCEPT it is the only one I’ve seen with such a GORGEOUS EATING AREA/RESTAURANT! If you’re a person who likes to chill at a Starbucks with your laptop and sip on coffee I would switch up your routine and chill here. Lots of room , quiet, comfy couches and chairs. I give it 5 stars for that!

For the most part, all locations are the same, and people either hate them or love them. I’m the latter and I could spend all day here. I found this location to be clean and tidy as usual. Very clean restroom, as well. This rating is based on a single, first time visit to this location. No purchases made this time.

Great for Design, But Not Always a Bargain ★★★★☆ IKEA is a fantastic and genuinely fun place to shop. It's more than just a store; it's an entire experience. I love walking through the beautifully staged showrooms to get inspiration, and of course, a trip isn't complete without a stop at the food court for some meatballs. The design aesthetic is modern, clean, and has something for everyone. The Marketplace downstairs is a treasure trove where you can find all sorts of stylish and clever items for your home at ridiculously low prices. This is where IKEA's reputation for being cheap really shines. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is the cost of their larger furniture pieces. You go in expecting everything to be a bargain, but it's a real mix. While some items are incredibly affordable, many of their more substantial pieces, like the nicer sofas, bed frames, or a full PAX wardrobe system, can get surprisingly expensive. By the time you furnish a whole room, the final cost can easily be comparable to a traditional furniture store, which can be a bit of a shock. Overall, I love IKEA for its style and unique shopping trip. Just go in knowing that while there are amazing deals to be found, not everything is as cheap as you might think.
