Move 4 Less - Movers Las Vegas

The 2 gentlemen that came out and packed up our 3 pods were amazing; friendly, strong, fast, efficient and just wonderful. We walked around my place only once and I explained to them what to take and what not to take and they remembered. They worked their tails off and were in and out in a flash, handling our items with care, wrapping furniture to protect it. They even removed our big, flat screen TV that was mounted and wrapped and boxed it up at no extra cost. It was truly a pleasure having them in our home. All of the staff we’ve dealt with, and the process thus far, have all been wonderful and I highly recommend using their help for your next move. They’ve exceeded my expectations.

Move 4 Less in Las Vegas is THE MOVING COMPANY you want to hire! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The coordination and reservation for my next day move was flawless and handles with care and meticulous detail by Ryan. Andrea in dispatch was lovely and incredibly helpful adding an additional (unplanned) stop to my move the same day. My movers, Adrian and his crew - one of whom was his father and so very kind - were fast! They cleared my entire 2BR/2BA and full kitchen storage (packed to the ceiling) unit in less than 45 minutes. Not only did they complete the move well within the window assigned, they also helped repair two furniture items I thought would need additional attention; a bed frame and sectional. Zero damage and a meticulous move with friendly and professional service from start to finish. Ask for Ryan as your sales executive if you can and he will take great care of you. He perfectly estimated the logistics, travel and move time. Though I am sure all staff at Move 4 Less will be exceptional.

Rachel was helpful in getting us set up and communicating. However, it was not communicated we would have their teams travel time taken out of our actual move time which made them have to add on time which cost another half of what the original estimate was for. We were told that when they were already an hour in at least. There was 4-5 of them. They did work hard, I’ll give them that. They seemed to wrap stuff properly. But again, they left behind a flat screen and two complete surround sound systems plus various other items. Never told us. We found them later and when I called the company I got "the truck was full". That was ridiculous because we had someone else come over and was able to fit a bunch more stuff in the truck. So feels like a lot of lying and hustling for more money. Maybe it was because we didn’t use their actual truck. Only had them pack ours. Also, we paid for disposal fees afterwards, and they only took half of it. The representative that I spoke to after the job was done was not helpful at all. He practically made it seem like I was lying. We had pictures of everything! I would NEVER recommend this company based off our experience. I see some other reviews are similar too. I have another moving company coming out to my own house this week who DOESN’T charge you for their travel time. Pics are of stuff left behind and stuff they didn’t dispose of. Update— they reached out and basically told us we are lying. That they’re guys did what they were supposed to do. Is that why a dresser is broken? Glass tables weren’t wrapped? They didn’t fully pack the truck leaving valuable items in the house? What is even more concerning is the house was robbed the next day while the maintenance guy was there. Wonder how the robbers would know there’s anything left there??? Hoping our neighbor will have something on his cameras. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Move 4 Less is the best moving company in Las Vegas! I have lived here for 25 years and have never experienced a company so professional. They made everything easy from the start, from e-signatures to scheduling, it was outstanding service. The moving team was punctual and easy to get ahold of when needed. They went above and beyond during the move, making this a seamless experience. Jessica handled this move for us and she also was incredible, so kind, trustworthy, and was available for us with any questions we had. I highly recommend using this company and ask for Jessica; best moving experience I have ever had!

Alex and Bobby helped us move out of our one bedroom to our new two bedroom apartment. They were both personable and communicative when it came to moving everything. They were also careful with our belongings while moving efficiently. We highly recommend Move4Less when it comes to moving and will be sure to use them for future moves, due to Alex and Bobby’s enthusiasm and kindness. Lastly, Erin the organizer of the move, was terrific with her approach to scheduling the move. She helped us get the best price while being open-minded competing with other businesses quotes we gathered!

Jeff and Rene was polite. Did a ok job. They killed my catus plant by knocking it over (didn't tell me) took nothing in the bathroom but a piss. Packed the top of my cooking pot and left the pot. Left my towels. Left my shoes also left packing material for me to clean up. I'm handicapped ♿️. I just hope my jewelry and watches don't come up missing. Sergio and Yener came back and cleaned up the mess. Also informed me that the 1st dynamic duel was suppose to take pictures and they didn't but they don't know i have receipts for my jewelry. They packed the remaining items and took them at no charge! They were a great team. They showed up early too.
