They had the battery super low price Beat Everybody in Las Vegas and was helpful when I got there

My coworker from down the street actually recommended this place for my oil. Customer service was lacking and the cashier acknowledged somebody else that came in after me and not me. Other employee was not much more helpful. Decided to just get my oil somewhere else.

I want to single out Lynn for being the strongest on her team she really does know herself. There is a man that was trying to help me and keep trying to get the part number out of me when I only know it by looking at it visually, so she went out her way pick the pieces out for me, so I can look at them and compare them. They didn't have the part but I've been back ever since and I will keep coming back because they have something that others don't have and that's friendly, honest, and great customer service that goes all out the way for you thank you Lynn.

Driving on Tropicana with wife and kids. Nappa driver road raging. This dude was honking and to close right behind me. He pulled over and got out of the company's vehicle all aggressive and started walking my way. I could see the store from the incident. Walked in store to let the people in there know what was going on. Guy walked in all aggressive. He got out of the store, and they allowed him to jump back in the truck. Clearly, he wasn't ok. Unbelievable.
