When we arrived here we were in a bad place. Richard was our Service advisor and was absolutely amazing. He worked hard to get us back up and going so we could get to our grandson!I wish we could take Webster our mechanic with us on the road what a knowledgable guy! This is an all star team. Yes we spent the night in the parking lot but they hocked us up to power and water. Thank you guys ! If we ever need service again I will look for a National Indoor RV first!

Richard was great, as was Jase (Service Manager). After ironing out some misunderstandings and aligning expectations, we were able to get set up for an initial diagnostic and then a quick turnaround for warranty approval and parts acquisition so that we were able to get in and out in just a few hours. And it was only two days from diagnostic to completed repair! Kudos to Richard, Jase, and the refreshed team there at NIRVC Las Vegas! We've had our service woes over the past few years at this location but things appear to be getting MUCH better! I hope we continue to see improvement that leads to many more of these visits where we get quality work completed in a timely (or even quicker!) manner and, from this experience, I believe we will. We had an amazing experience at Indoor RV Center, Las Vegas, thanks to Mark W (sales)! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and most of all — patient. Mark spent over four hours with us as we explored different RV models, offering expert knowledge on each one and answering every question we had. He was even ready to take us on a test drive when we needed it. The customer service didn’t stop there — the rest of the staff were equally welcoming, offering us cold beverages and making sure we were comfortable in their cozy waiting area. Outstanding Service – Professional, Reliable, and Friendly It’s great to see that excellent service still exists! After a manufacturer recall, our RV’s awning stopped working. We scheduled an appointment with the service department, and from the start, Jeison was incredibly helpful. He assessed the issue quickly and offered us a service date that fit perfectly into our schedule. Dropping off the RV was smooth and easy – even after hours! They have a secure key drop box, which made the process very convenient. Just two days later, we received an email that our RV was ready for pickup. The awning was fully repaired and functioning perfectly. Dennis took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what had been fixed. He even gave us a quick tour of their huge service facility and explained all the different service areas – very impressive and much appreciated! To top it off, the shop manager Jase personally stopped by to check if we were satisfied and if everything had been taken care of. This is exactly the kind of customer service you hope for – friendly, transparent, and truly customer-focused. We highly recommend this workshop and want to thank the entire team. I submitted a service request for a quote and received a text response on Thursday 10/16. A little back and forth. Then nothing. I asked on Sunday what was happening. Tuesday finally another response. A little more back and forth. Thursday asked for and sent in photos. Now it’s Monday and still nothing. If after a week and a half, they can’t provide a quote, it seems unlikely that they’d be able to provide service in a timely manner. Disappointing.

We recently purchased our (new to us) Pace Arrow from NIRVC. Shopping from Northern Minnesota, we found the coach online and knew nothing of NIRVC, outside of what reviews we could find. We called and Jayson answered! No menu prompts, no random voicemail, a REAL LIVE person. Maybe we are antiques in this world, but this thrilled us. After a number of calls and emails, Jayson answered EVERY SINGLE TIME, we took advantage of their "Fly and Buy" program, and set off to make what was, for us, one of the biggest purchases of our lives. We did not buy new, nor did we buy the most expensive coach in their lot, but, from the moment we landed we were taken care of, questions answered, and we were treated as if we were no different than someone buying one of their multi million dollar rigs. Our "Team", consisting of Jayson, Anthony, Joe, and several others, made our experience seamless and comfortable. Anthony was able to answer most of our questions about the coach and the questions he couldn't answer, he either found someone who knew or he took time to research using his resources. Joe worked with us doing everything he could to get us the financing we needed at the rates we wanted. Jayson was just a rockstar from day 1 with us. He was patient, understanding, and took the time to get to know us. He coordinated the whole process from getting the coach ready for us prior to us arriving, he picked us up from the airport and drove us to the dealership, found a place for us to store our suitcases, introduced us to "our team", and then brought us to our new home on wheels, elegantly on display in their showroom. We have had a number of people visiting and inspecting the newest member of our small community and we tell the story of our buying experience at NIRVC Las Vegas.
