Nellis Self Storage has really good service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and secure. The prices are fair and getting a unit was simple and stress-free. I feel safe leaving my things here and it’s always easy to access when I need to. Definitely a place I would 100% recommend to my friends and family!!

Jorge gave us the best customer service ever. When I called I immediately got helped with the questions I needed. Stepped in and got a tour and was able to see what type of storage I needed. Not to mention I was half way dieing from the heat and he offered me fruit to hydrate and refresh myself. 10/10 service like I said will definitely recommend. By the way the community is very clean and well kept!

Rebecca was very fast, informative and direct when applying to lease a unit. David was very helpful with moving my items and ultimately the staff here are professional, effective, and communicative. It’s also very affordable for a unit here. I paid $40 for a 5x7 unit for a full month and that total includes a lock I bought in office. 10/10 recommend storing your items at the Nellis Self Storage, it’s very secure and easy to navigate.

I have been a customer at Nellis Storage for about a year and a half and the customer service has always been exceptional. Recently I came upon a tough time financially, and they assisted me when I absolutely needed time to pay my storage bill. My experience with Nellis Storage to this day has been awesome.
