I accidently dropped $20 in this store and when I called, Denise told me that she had found it. She held onto it for me so I could come back and pick it up. 5 stars for Denise, a bright light in a very dark world!

Gabe and Annie helped my grandma out tremendously after Walmart threw away her car battery. You can tell they truly care about their customers. We appreciate you, Gabe and Annie!

One of the employees, a guy named Michael or Mitchell or something. Caucasian male with scruffy facial hair. Very impatient and looks like he hate doing his job. Don't get help from him. Everyone else is cool.

Annie helped me out, great customer service. This is my, go to place in town.

DO NOT go to this store. Save yourself the headache and drive a mile up the road get help from employees that actually want to help you and know what they are doing. I went to warranty a part that has failed in the past. George (the manager ) and a younger man looked up my history and claimed that the part was not something they stock. Basically accusing me of lying. I told them I purchased this and other parts for the same vehicle from this exact store in the past . They seemed uninterested in helping me out any further. I asked the younger man for a customer service number, he told me he didn’t know it and to just looking it up online. I called the store up the road and they had the part IN STOCK. I was able to figure everything out over the phone and just walk in and out with my new part. Thank you Melody ( South Rainbow location) for the great customer service! Needless to say I will be coming to the store from now on.

It's usually where we go for parts we need right now! Decent prices compared to others in area.
