Carol saved me from a frustrating morning. After several minutes of fussing with my lock and not getting help from anyone around me, I went to the front office and Carol quickly thought of grabbing a can of oil. She walked me to my storage unit and oiled the lock and key and voila - my storage unit opened and continued to do so weeks later. I still think about her kind gesture to help me even when she was busy herself. I appreciate the great customer service which I have not experienced in any other storage facility!

I had a great experience here at public storage. Property manager Dennis was great! He explained everything to me and was so helpful. Carol was so informative and very nice. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

Carol is fantastic. There was a slight issue with the unit but Carol masterfully took care of it for me, and stayed with me throughout the check in process. Would highly recommend!

I was told to clean out my storage and leave it empty and my account was closed. Did that and the worker did not even go check and follow up saying my lock was still on. I am getting billed still with messages and emails to pay. I want someone other than Brian to handle it because it is highly unprofessional or he is just running a scam to try and extort more money off a closed locker. Make sure you don’t come here or walk with them and look at the account to make sure they close it. Good luck having them answer the phone. Avoid and go somewhere else. They beg for good reviews

carol very nice Very good service。Help my father fill in a lot of documents and guidance, and write a lot of handwritten lists. It is an honor for this company to have this employee.
