PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING. I dropped my bike off for a flat tire on a Thursday, was told there was 3 jobs ahead of me and at the latest I'd get the bike on Monday or Tuesday. Called Monday for an update , was told there was still 3 bikes ahead of me . Called Wednesday ,4 or 5 bikes ahead of me , thursday one week after dropping off , they said the FLAT TIRE would take another WEEK to fix . I went and got my bike out of that shop. The rear break caliper was loose enough to take off by hand. I'm waiting on a tail light. Last part I waited on took 3 weeks to get , after a bad review my mother posted. These people are not the type to do better , they'd rather be vengeful than be better. I've talked to other shops in Vegas and nobody has A SINGLE good word to say about these guys. I still have a warranty thru them .I'll be getting my parts and paying labor somewhere else . They were holding my bike hostage , drawing out a FLAT TIRE for weeks because of a bad review . And instead of trying to rectify the situation with good customer service , they decided to make me suffer. I would have removed the review if they cared enough to be honest . Instead they jerked me around for a flat tire. I'm not going to mention all the other problems . CHERYL 1 star review covers about half the initial issues
We bought one of their "custom " bikes. They said they built the bike and it had a 2 year warranty. We have had nothing but trouble with this bike. And each time we had to take it in the repairs were not done properly. The electrical system is a huge problem and now they say they don’t know what’s wrong with it. They are telling us to contact the manufacturer. Huh? We thought you were the manufacturer. We’ve had to pay for repairs and towing on top of the $2000 we paid for the bike. They are not open on the weekends so this takes time from our work schedule which ends up costing us even more. I would NOT recommend this shop for anything and honestly there might be a lawsuit against them if they don’t try to make it right. Update. Against my better judgement we had to take the bike to them because of a flat tire. We left it on a Thursday they told us there were 2 bikes ahead of us. So we waited until Monday, since they are not open on the weekends. On Monday they said there were 5 bikes ahead of us. Now mind you they had asked us to take down the bad review I had left. So essentially they were holding the bike hostage. The level of disrespect and bad customer service is something I’ve never experienced. If they want good reviews they should be more customer service oriented. If you can find anyone else at all to service your bike do NOT use these guys
Albert was great, honored warranty on battery, then explained our bike’s components and figured out what was wrong…if your are having a problem with your E-Bike this is the place to go, we could not been more happy with the service, knowledge and professionalism!
Definitely recommend this place. They are the only ones who do what they do. Only 1 or 2 others on the entire west coast! I had an Aipas electric bike that was only about 9 months old. Called Aipas and all they wanted to do was fight me. Of course I couldn’t find my original purchase order which is all they cared about. Long story short they wanted to charge me $445 for a new battery. Being that I had just spent the money on this bike that I did, naturally I wasn’t happy. I called every bike shop in town and got the runaround. Finally I called The Vault Bike Shop who told me about this place. They said go ahead and bring the battery in. I was concerned about spending more than the replacement battery was worth to fix mine, but knowing it was only 9 months old I figured it had to be an easy fix as it wouldn’t take a charge. They do charge a $70 diagnostics fee (with taxes and everything) which is an upfront cost, but they promised before going further they’d call me and get permission to proceed if it was going to cost any money. Luckily, it was just a blown fuse but the battery had to be completely taken apart to do the repair. They didn’t charge me anything more than the diag fee!! They said "it was just a fuse, don’t worry about it" and I grabbed my battery and off I went! I worked with Anthony and he was also great to deal with. Informed me they actually sell electric bikes and scooters also!!! Showed me around and I will definitely be buying my next one here! Well worth the time, the money and the effort I put into it and they saved me nearly $370!
Would give no stars if possible. 2000.00 'custom bike" has been in their shop almost as much time as it's been in my garage. None of the electrical repairs were done right. Tail lights not working, battery won't switch to the backup battery, various electrical problems, and now some tandome
Paid $50 for the opportunity to send my ebike battery in for repair in early July 2024. I emailed in mid-September about the status. At first, I got a reply saying they had no record of the order. When I sent a screenshot of the order that showed it was ready for pickup, they said they were waiting on a special chip with a 4 week lead time. When I followed up in March, I heard nothing. They seem to be a disorganized operation that I essentially paid $50 (plus shipping) to dispose of my battery.
I cant understand why others are rating this comapny so highly. I ordered a M1PS electric motorcycle from them which was damaged in shipment. Understand itbwasnt their fault but over two weeks they havent responded to any of my emails. The only reason im giving them 2 stars is because Jeff,who is one of their customer service reps, has been as helpful as he could. The MCO they sent wasnt filled out correctly which also has stopped me from being able to ride it legally on the roads. This company is a shame when it comes to doing the right thing and standing by their products being sold.
