I found SmartStop through Sparefoot while searching for storage units in Vegas, and this location ticked all the boxes. I’ve used storage units before, and I’m used to limited gate hours (usually cutting off at 6 PM), so I was surprised and impressed that this one allows access until 10 PM. That flexibility really worked with my schedule. What I was looking for was pretty specific: a ground-floor unit, air-cooled, and secure. SmartStop delivered. I called and scheduled a tour and met Ksenia, who was an absolute standout from the beginning. She was transparent about everything—explained the promo (first month free and four months half off), gave me a clear understanding of pricing long term, and even told me she lives on-site, which made me feel even more secure about choosing this facility. She showed me a few units and helped me pick the one best suited to my needs. It was clear she genuinely cared about getting me the best value. Moving day was intense. I was juggling a lot—my parents had just driven my moving truck in from LA, I was going back and forth with moving companies, and I was going through a breakup. In all the chaos, I accidentally left my phone on top of my car and drove off. I ended up using my dad’s phone to call the office, and Ksenia went out of her way to look for it. We didn’t find it, but I’ll never forget her effort. One of the moving companies I had been in contact with still showed up (thankfully!), and Ksenia helped coordinate with them and made everything run smoothly. That personal touch made such a huge difference. Since then, I’ve returned several times and it’s always quiet and hassle-free. However, I do want to mention a couple of minor issues: • One of my units is in the E building, and its cooling system has been out. Ksenia said the part is on order, but it’s been about a week and it’s still uncomfortably hot in there. • The light bulb in my unit is unreliable. Out of the five times I’ve visited, only once did the light actually turn on. It’s not a dealbreaker, but definitely inconvenient. • Push carts are only available until 30 minutes before the office closes (typically 6 PM), so keep that in mind if you’re doing any late-night moves. All that said, I still feel good about my decision. It’s a clean, secure facility with great pricing and excellent customer service. Ksenia is the reason I feel confident and taken care of here—she truly goes above and beyond and deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise!).

Storage was great no problems at all definitely recommend to others! Manager Ksenia and her team really treated us like family she is really helpful always wanting to give a helping hand and willing to work with you if there was any problems with storage or payments. I would definitely use this place again if it ever came down to it.

Gary was helpful and everything went smooth and quick. Got a unit in a convenient spot as well! Kasenia is awesome and was a pleasure to speak with. She answered all of my concerns and questions that I had later on.

Ksenia provided excellent customer service when my wife and I were opening a new account for a storage unit. Awesome personality and sunny smile. Definitely recommend renting there!!
