Everyone needs an anchor. Here's your anchor. You can do laundry, buy a shower, eat & gamble. Watch some Netflix videos. There's plenty of restaurants in the area. Massage chairs & a gym near by. A chiropractor & mechanics.

This is outrageous! Every parking spot costs $22, and there are virtually no free ones. Forcing customers to pay just to park and spend their money inside is a disgrace. This kind of attitude towards clients is a huge turn-off.

I am a regular customer at the TA GOASIS location across from the Silverton in Las Vegas. I’ve spent money here daily, multiple times a day. But after what’s happened to me—not once, not twice, but three times—I will never feel safe here again. On June 24, 2025, I paid for a shower. While I was undressing inside, a male TA employee attempted to enter the room using a code, even though the door was clearly locked and showed "OCCUPIED." He had seen me in the hallway moments earlier and still tried to barge in. When I confronted him, he told me to "just hurry up." I felt threatened, violated, and extremely unsafe. The next morning, June 25, that same employee came to my vehicle while I was sleeping, pounded on the window, and threatened to tow me—even though I had been told by staff previously that this section of the lot does not require paid parking. No other vehicles were targeted. Just me, and another woman I had spoken with the night before. This is clear retaliation. Worse? This wasn’t the first time this happened. On two other occasions, two different TA employees tried to enter the shower while I was inside. I heard the keypad beeping, yelled, and they backed off—but again, the door clearly said "occupied." I have video, receipts, and witnesses, and I have filed complaints with TA corporate, the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, and the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. If you are a woman, trans, or LGBTQ+ person, I do not recommend using this location. There is zero accountability, and repeated violations of basic privacy and safety.

The bathrooms are a disaster. No soap, most toilets clogged up and the floors are filthy. A trucker needs these restrooms and this location disappointed.

Money was taken from me, the receipt was printed. When I arrived, all the parking spaces were taken. Someone parked without paying. I was just told that I needed to find a free spot myself. If you can't find one, call customer support, they will refund you. The behavior was rude and unpleasant. It is important to remember that the bad mood of your employees should not affect the drivers. I decided not to argue with the woman, I just left

I will never go to this TA again. YVONNE the front teller today even does not represent TA as an employee who deals with truckers. You see I have cancer, not that that really matters. Except to say this lady saw I did. I am a women and completely bald. She would not allow us to use our points. She said we don’t give points. Than I said, look I’m a member a top member, I just got 600 dollars worth of fuel today. You are not telling the truth. I said I’m long haul with my husband and we use it everyday. She refused to let me get points. Or use points for coffee and ice. That was my second interaction with her and the first time. I forgot my wallet. I asked her to take my bar code on wallet. She said" invalid " then I said u will walk back to the truck. She made me. Then used it later the code worked. I think the the problem here is her, she doesn’t care nor does she know her job , or that she works for truckers!!! And TA. How does she think she gets paid… Don’t go Glenn
