I get great service from this store. I'm regular every month. Bring back the pick up truck at this location. I now have to take a Uber to the Stephine location. I can take one bus ($2) to the Nellis location but now I have to spend $15 just to pickup my truck. the stores are keeping the customers happy. But it is management that needs to do a better job of provide enough pick up truck. I know you are not making enough money in city rentals. raise the mileage rate from $.99 to $1.25. I would gladly pay more per mile. Let us know that the deal we are getting by staying in town is causing you to lose money. Let us help!

Newer truck with good air conditioning. Comfortable seats and very clean. They hand wash their vehicles. The staff (all of them) were so nice and professional. They are very knowledgeable about the rental. I only use U Haul. Been using them for years. I always recommend U Haul to people who need storage or truck rental. Very happy with them. Th

The customer service was great! Making the reservation, pick up, and drop off couldn’t have gone smoother. The woman who hooked up the trailer to my van was fun to talk to and very efficient. Should have gotten her name. Same for the young lady who checked me in when I dropped off. Would have no problem renting from this location again.

Just weird customer service!! Can be standing here staring at people and no one will address you. I hope the owner actually reads this because you cannot keep running a business with zero interest in the customer experience. Standing here for the past ten minutes just waiting on someone to appear to help fill propane!! The lady walking around just said there is no one to help and that’s it!
