I like this place!!! Batteries are well priced and quality. However the reason for the 3 stars is because all of the previous batteries i have purchased (3) were all the same price, but today i was charged a little more than i wanted to pay. I had even called in prior to going in, to verify they had my size, the woman on the phone confirmed that they did and gave me a price of $30 and some change, and was told there was a core charge if i bring my battery in. Well when i went in today i was charged almost $50 and the employee said there was no core but kept my battery anyway, so im a little displeased with my service today and may consider returning for my next battery. Update: Battery only lasted 2 days outside of warranty (go fig) even tho I was a loyal customer that had purchased batteries for my other 3 vehicles, they would not budge and make it right with me the customer and give me a replacement battery but was more than happy to keep this faulty battery that was sold to me. I declined to give it to them and walked out with it. Why leave it, so they can re condition it and sell it for full price again to the n3xt person NO THANKS!!!! I will not he returning I will go elsewhere.

I went in today to pick up a battery for my daughter in-law & will definitely be back for myself. I did not get the young mans' name that opened the store, but he was awesome. So sweet & helpful. I highly recommend this place. Great service, great selection & great prices

No word to describe Manny and his associates except Awesome! Faced with replacing two pricey truck batteries plus installation and disposal fees, a friend recommended I call Universal. They are now in my permanent contact list. For a modest fee, they delivered and installed two top quality heavy duty truck batteries right in my home driveway, and took away the old ones, all at half the price of self service discount stores, at a time of my choosing. The installer was friendly and efficient and done in minutes. They also sell high quality reconditioned batteries for half the price of new, a huge plus for most people's current budget needs. Needed to replace my battery on short notice. Gave Universal Batteries a call. They had a new battery in my car in less than 30 minutes and provided some of the best service I've experienced in a long time! I highly recommend them to anyone and will be doing business with them in the future!

Got a good price on a battery but it’s Saturday morning at 9:45 and it says they’re open and I drove here to drop my core to them and not even are they answering calls.

Best place in Las Vegas! Very friendly, they go above and beyond for their customers, I will never go to anybody else! I highly recommend this place to everybody
