US Storage Centers

I'm very satisfied with my experience at this storage facility. The facilities are spotless, which is very important to me. Plus, the prices are very affordable and offer great value for your money. But what really makes the difference is the service. Eric, the manager, is exceptional. He's incredibly attentive, charismatic, and took the time to help me with all my questions, making the whole process very easy.

Britany was great. She handled several clients very efficiently. We were able to get in and out in under 30 minutes despite her having to multitask. Definitely recommend.

Nayellie : has great customer service skills and helped me with everything I needed. One of the kindness person I've ever met, she deserves a raise. Thank You Nayellie for everything, well appreciated

Awesome customer service with Nayellie, she was very straight forward and understanding. Open to answer all questions and even allowed us to take a tour before finalizing payments. Would highly recommend with company and their location.

We left our camper here for 2 weeks. When we returned, we found it had been broken into, ransacked, and items missing (as well as a bike cut off the bike rack on the outside). There are enough weird things about the break-in that I suspect assistance from the facility itself. The police deputy said the same when I filed the report. The manager was quite nonchalant, and just said, "It’s east Las Vegas, it’s a terrible place." I don’t have any hopes that she will be reviewing the 2 weeks of footage.
