XGRiD Campers Rentals & Sales

My wife and I just purchased an overland trailer from Xgrid Las Vegas. We came to Loren and Xgrid having recently sold our RAM3500 and 40ft Toy-hauler in search of a different kind of experience, not knowing a lot about the space we were entering. I was a little apprehensive as I was used to dealing with big RV manufacturers and retailers, I was immediately pleasantly surprised. Loren and his team answered every "rookie" question with patience and kindness and made sure I was fully educated. They were all available and even coordinated with the manufacturer to get optional parts installed closer to where I live. I was out of state, they made sure to work with my schedule. The initial meeting was awesome, Loren (owner) showed me around, walked me through the trailer I was eyeing, and was very knowledgeable. The process to purchase was hassle and pressure free. The day we picked it up I received a very detailed orientation by the owner himself to make sure I had a full understanding of all the systems. Additionally, his team outfitted our tow vehicle and made sure I understood how to operate. I can’t say enough about Xgrid and the whole team at the Las Vegas location. They took care to ensure I had an amazing experience. If you are looking for a trailer, you won’t be disappointed. .

My wife and I bought an Opus OP4 from XGRiD this summer, and we had just an excellent experience. Loren, Mike, Glen, and Sherry were all friendly, professional, communicative, and helpful. Loren was incredibly generous with his time, spending several hours with us going over all the (many) details of the camper and making sure we were confident with its operation before our 10-hour road trip home. Shout-out to Kris at the TN location too, who was really helpful getting the deal underway. We've been out twice with the camper since the purchase, with more planned before the end of the summer. We couldn't be happier.
