Zippy Shell

Jesse, AK, and Marc- Amazing! Kept us up to date on their arrival, was courteous about where the truck was parked, and introduced themselves with hand shakes and kind smiles. They unloaded our crate in no time. They were gentle with everything, so great about where we wanted things, and brought walking pads to put down to protect our floors. Fun guys and very professional- "yes ma’am". Zippy is who we will always call and recommend!

Chris, D and Thomas were great. They packed our 3 bedroom house in a timely manner. We made sure to provide plastic wrap and furniture pads because they will charge you if you use theirs. My biggest complaints are upon arrival we unloaded the pod to find some of our things damaged due to lack of care (stacking heavy boxes on light boxes, damaged furniture). Definitely worth the money to not have to pack the pod but maybe facilitate when they're packing to make sure your things are properly cared for. We will be filing a claim to hopefully cover the damage done.

Lance, Rico, and Ivan made the experience very enjoyable. They have a family-like relationship and joke around casually which made me instantly feel at ease and comfortable. Everything was moved in an hour. 5/5 stars for those employees to making the move smooth. Zippy’s charge you a minimum of 2 hours btw. Communication with Ray could’ve been better- initially I was told over the phone it would be $325 but was told "no. $329" by Ray when I called back to confirm my order. I could tell he was stressed and I was too- I didn’t fight it, I guess it is just $4. I was also informed that the move would be from 12pm-2pm and that the workers may call me earlier to see if it is okay with me to get started early. He scheduled me from 10am-12pm instead, and the day of the movers called me at 9am saying they were 30 minutes away. I wasn’t ready at that time, so we agreed to meet at 11am instead. Communication could have been better, I was honestly going to put 4 stars in my review but because of Lance, Rico, and Ivan I decided to give the 5 stars. Ray is a very nice person, but the communication about important details could have been better.

Jesse, Garren & Thomas were a phenomenal team They loaded us up in an hour and a half. We’re very respectful with our belongings and handled everything with care. Thank you guys!!! The best team ever!!! We have one more load and hope we get these guys back.

Lance and Ray were so helpful. They arranged a walk-through the same day I called, provided a quote right away, and were happy to provide helpful moving advice. Thanks for being so responsive and helpful! On moving day, Chris, Leslie, Alonzo and Juan were amazing. They took such good care of all my furniture and belongs and were so friendly and helpful throughout the day! They made moving day fantastic! Thank you!

Chris, Juan, Thomas and Brian did a great job managing my move. They were efficient, thorough and pleasant to work with. Everything made it to the destination on time and with no damage. Michael did a very good job coordinating the move as well. He did a great job at communicating expectations. This is the 3rd time I've used Zippy Shell, and they haven't disappointed yet. Highly recommend these guys for local and interstate moves.
