Fantastic experience. The one employee got backed up, explained the situation and handled it perfectly. Got to my car the second he could. Offered great suggestions and was exceptionally polite. Give Mike Thompson a raise!!! Or you will lose a leader!
I went to this location yesterday 7/7/25 around 2:20pm and was greeted with a younger gentleman and explained to him that my cars check engine light had turned on on Friday and yesterday had someone from my work checked it with a code reader and it said "multiple cylinder misfires" and by the time i left work that day the check engine light turned off. I told him that last time my check engine light was on, it said the same thing and I replaced my coil packs and he replied that I needed to replace the wires as well. Ive been having problems with my transmission and gear shifting and when he got into my car, he saw that i was 10ish miles over for an oil change and that my change oil light was on, I told him my change oil light was constantly on because Jiffy Lube never reset it and he told me they automatically reset. He then said that I needed an oil change immediately and it would fix my problems. He brought up his girlfriend the whole time and how she kept forgetting to get her oil changed (trying to relate me to her even though I normally get my oil changed on time). I also expressed to him that I’m adding oil to my car around every 2 weeks but he was very adamant that I needed one as soon as I got paid on Friday and then proceeded to tell me I needed to buy a $6 Lucas cylinder lubricant as a temporary fix until I could get the oil change. I felt belittled and as though he did not take my issues seriously or didn’t know what he was talking about.
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of both employees. They were very informative and patient in their responses and explanations. I most definitely will be shopping there again in the future!
Thanks again Scott for your help. I needed the correct battery for my buick and even though installing the battery meant taking off a support bar, Scott still helped me get the correct AGM battery in my car. Seamless and fast, scott knows his stuff so happy i came by this store. I will always come to this store for my auto needs thanks again scott and everyone at the store see you soon!
My favorite auto parts store. I get a chance to locate what I need and then one of the nice folx behind the counter then asks if I need anything else. Best of both worlds.
Hi Scott! I look forward to when this finds you! I went in on 5/8/25 4:21pm and was told by the associate that my car "battery was bad/had a good voltage but a dead cell". Today I went in and was met with the manager Scott who provided awful customer service. To put it simply he was incredibly impatient, spoke over me, and insisted that I went out of my way to make this up. Which is just such an odd thing to lie about considering no one wants car problems? Scott told me that even though I had a timestamp of when I initially showed up that it didn’t matter because he couldn’t review the camera footage… because they didn’t have cameras. Who wants to replace what they believe to be a poor battery? Who would go out of their way to make up a timestamp and ask for the footage to be reviewed? Scott followed it up by saying I was banned from his store because if i’m being honest as I walked out I was rude. Scott why would I care about the store with awful customer service banning me? We went up the street and got the oil I had also been needing for $10 less. Thanks Scott for showing what awful customer service behaviors look like.. I spent $10 less today.
Incredible staff! Scott, Sean, and crew are outstanding professionals and top notch human beings! 5 stars all around!
