Battery Outfitters - Such a great experience and great customer service. We needed 8 batteries for our small RV and were so glad we found Battery Outfitters. They were friendly and helpful from the start. They had what we needed and at a great price. Jacob Grady was phenomenal. His experience and willingness to help remove the old batteries and install the new ones made the job hassle free, simple and fast. It took several hours. He stayed with us the entire time. He was very thorough and professional. He took before photos to insure battery placement then helped us install the new ones. When they were connected he tested them to make sure they all worked properly. The other employees checked in to be sure Jacob had everything he needed. They removed the old batteries. For shipping and receiving with a OTR truck, you must come in with the store on your driver side a difficult back due to traffic going both ways on the service road in front of the store The employees here are courteous and professional Fast loading I gave it a four star only because of the traffic in front of the store trying to back in off the street otherwise this would be a five star all day long
