This is the best Napa store in the city. If they don’t have what you need, they know where you can find it. If you have any auto parts you’re looking for, come here first!! I had no wait time to get assistance, the guy who helped me didn’t hesitate to call a competitor to check their supply when he was out of what I needed. This is a huge store, even though you can’t tell from the outside.

1 of the better parts stores I've been to. I'm a automotive service technician, so that matters to me. Very helpful staff. Friendly. Knowledgeable, and kind. I wish they were in my part of town!

Mike is the best ever! Literally lifted my spirits beyond belief. Car issues can be some of the worse things to deal with, especially while life continually & relentlessly hurdles punches. His empathy and understanding was unmatched for a corporate employee & I am beyond grateful.

I work for a commercial account, was trying to use this location for parts we were needing and the guy I spoke with didn't seem to want to help. Told him account name, location... he said we didn't show one. I told him any account would work... line went dead. Gave it a few and asked if he was still there and got nothing.
