Biggs Motoring

I ordered a four part ignition system from Biggs Motoring for my 2005 Mercedes ML350, because the transponder key broke and Mercedes doesn’t sell them anymore. It was the only one available anywhere, but when it was installed, one part (a brain) didn’t work, so I returned the package and made arrangements to tow my vehicle to Pick-U-Part, where I would have been paid $980 for it. I told Biggs I was disappointed, because their system was my last hope. Then Biggs notified me that they had purchased another system, that had been installed on a 2005 which had started, before my second replacement system was removed. That system worked and saved my beautiful vehicle from the junkyard. It also saved me the $15k I figured I would spend for a replacement. Biggs showed perseverance and patience, as did my mechanic. My SUV was at his shop for three months, but now we’re back in action, thanks to Biggs for focusing on and solving a tricky problem.

Great shop. They still remembered me and honored their warranty on the great hybrid battery which is higher in capacity rating then other places. I highly recommend coming here. They have the latest technology to test and recondition new batteries.

The item I received did not match description or photos. Tried to chat online, send email, and contact through site for over a week with ZERO response on any platform. Would not buy from them again. *UPDATE: I see there was a response from the owner here, but still no one has contacted me about the problem. The item I received was not what I ordered. Dear owner, I'm kindly requesting someone reach out to me about the problem, which I hope can be resolved. ORDER #6112. Thanks! For others reading this: the return policy is a 30 day window in which the buyer pays return shipping. I've been trying to contact them for almost the entire 30 days and they are not able to respond, but they keep up with reviews. (?) **UPDATE: Owner/Rep states: "This item is a multi listing item we have sold over 50 or more of these ac control. We sell these base on the part number. It’s not false advertisement..." You won't get the nice one in the picture, even if the listing says "1 available", you will get a random unit. The one I got was poor condition, had extreme wear, a cigarette burn, nasty with hairs stuck to it. Gross. Items are misrepresented. If you have any problems after purchase, you'll be ignored - or otherwise responsible for return shipping.

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. This company is absolutely terrible with communication. They say modules will work with vehicles that they actually do not work for. When you try to contact them you get ignored. When you call they send you directly to voicemail. Plus the part you order from their ebay listing, yeah you don't get that part you get a different one. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service, false listing, wrong parts,and so much more but I've already wasted enought of my time for nothing but to speak my mind

This company puts everyone in danger on the road. Cuts people off without a signal and swerves between cars just to get to the red light faster. Be careful!!! On the phone while driving too

Biggs was awesome! He had all of my parts ready upon arrival. He went as far as to helping me install on site. Great customer service from the office staff!

Purchased a $2000 Honda Civic charge controller/inverter from them April 1 and had them install. Lasted 35 days. 5 days past their guarantee of 30 days. Will not return messages or respond now that they have my money. Do I recommend? Absolutely not. Not even a reply from them. $2000 down the drain. Don’t be stupid like me when you can buy these online and get a 2 year warranty with a reputable company rather than one working out of storage units that will vanish one day
