The guys at Pauls Marine are the best! I have worked with them they for 6 consecutive years to help with all things related to my 24’ pontoon boat. Winterizing, parts, installation, storage. The work they did was excellent, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly made me feel comfortable. As a first time boat owner that was very important to me. I recently had to replace a 20+ year old 2 stroke outboard motor on my pontoon. Since it was right in the heart of boating season, I figured it was unlikely I'd be able to get back on the water before the end of the season. Tyler in service gave me a great recommendation on what motor to replace it with and Brad gave me a fair price and ordered it right away. Even with a special order, they were able to get it installed in less than 30 days. The new 4 stroke is so quiet at idle you barely know it's running. It's also quiet enough under power that you can still talk to everyone on the boat. What an upgrade. Bravo team!

We took the boat in to prep it for the winter. They have a drive up bay so you can drop it off, wait in the waiting room and be notified when it is ready. It took about 40 minutes and we were on our way. Great service.

Just called and asked for a specific part for my engine they did not have but the Parts gentleman was extremely resourceful and was very friendly to work with pointing me in the right direction. I really appreciate that I would recommend this company. I will keep them on my list of companies to continue future business. Thank you

Brad helped us find the right boat for our family, patiently and meticulously prepared the order, worked through the delivery, got our boat trailer on the road, tracked down parts we requested post-delivery - a super experience.
