When I first rented here, I didn’t realize there are designated access hours for the units and that the rent rate can adjust (that was in the documents, but I overlooked it). Even so, the customer service has been kind and helpful. I give thanks to Tina, at this location. She truly goes above and beyond for renters-professional, kind, and always willing to help. She is the reason I’m leaving a 5-star review!

I have worked with Mona for 2 1/2 years. She has also worked with my Sister while I was traveling and unavailable. Her support, knowledge and communication has always been wonderful. She always has a smile and pleasant greeting in addition to support for questions about storage and dealing with issues if they arise. I appreciate Mona and thank her for everything

We were looking for two storage units and looked online and found this company. They were very local and had some great deals. We went in and Mona helped us take care of everything. She was very detailed in showing us how everything worked. The units are spacious and perfect for what we need! Edit: I transferred my units into one larger one and received the same exceptional service! I highly recommend SROA at Lewis Center to anyone looking for a great storage company!
