Michelle was fun, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She explained the insurance, completed our lease and took our initial payment promptly. Everything is very clean and well-run.

My elderly father met manager Kaylee while renting a storage unit nearly 2 years ago. My father recently passed, and I wanted to quickly share the impression that Kaylee made on him. He spoke so highly of her. One day while making his monthly payment, he mentioned to her how devastating it was to lose his wife, my mother. She listened to him, and then gave him a hug that he so desperately needed. That meant so much to him that I heard him tell the story at least 4 times. He would mention how incredible it was that she didn't make him feel invisible, as many do to the elderly. He loved her. If you see this, thank you Kaylee for being a little light in some of his last moments on earth. It means more than you know. I will always recommend this place for storage units, because of Kaylee.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that you can call a place for two weeks straight, leave voicemails and get no return phone call back. I’ve contacted this store and it he customer service line multiple times and both times I’ve called the customer service office line they tell me they will put in a job order for someone to call me back. They proceed to make the excuse of the storage unit employees not calling me back because they’re busy and outside the office helping other people. If that’s the case then maybe you should have a mobile phone and not an office phone because nobody is ever there to pick up. I proceeded to drive to the office to speak with someone and still nobody is there but yet the sign says open. It’s comical that while you’re waiting for someone to answer they call themselves winning "best customer service award". It’s beyond me that this company has 4.7 stars. If i were u i would not use them for storing your belongings.

Excellent service! Michelle and Kayleigh were very helpful. They explained all the terms, conditions and specials, and took the time to show me the different storage units. Made the process quick and easy.

Great location and Kaylee is the best to do business with. She makes everything effortless and shares a few laughs with us every visit. Phenomenal customer service.

It was a good experience. Kayleigh was helpful at move in, thank you. The storage space is good also, new doors and locks plus secure inside. Good location. Reasonable rent and hope they would be considerate with rent increases going forward.
