Bretz RV was amazing. Doug Burkett helped my mother and I pick the best RV. He didn’t put too much pressure and let us see what was in our price range. Later, after hours, he stayed and helped us relook at the RV. I moved in 2 miles down the road and they delivered and set it up for me. They were great and Doug still sends txts and checks up on me. "ITS NOT JUST BUSINESS, you are family". I like how he checks on me and will swing by if I need help. I highly recommend Bretz RV and ask for Doug!

Am I happy or what? Yes!!!! Thank you Kenny Bartlett at family owned Bretz RV & Boats Sales in Liberty Lake. Their used RVs are in mint condition and typically quite above our budget. We went to look and see what layouts are available and better educate ourselves. Lucky us, Kenny had 1 and only 1 camper for us to see. He listened and knew this gorgeous Pleasure-way Sprinter was a perfect for us fit. It is beyond our wildest dreams and within our budget!! Why look further, no reason what so ever. I recently purchased a barely used travel trailer from Bretz in Liberty Lake and from start to finish, the experience was great. The salesperson, Matt, was knowledgeable and able to locate units that met my criteria and one that was perfect. I appreciated the thorough walk-through by Mark to get familiarized with the features and when we had to troubleshoot the hitch on my truck, Anthony went above and beyond to make sure everything worked to get it roadworthy. Looking forward to camping in the spring. I recommend Bretz for their excellent customer service.

Bretz RV has great sales AND service with multiple locations in the PNW & Mountain West. We purchased our RV through Missoula and have all our service done in Liberty Lake.
