Just purchased a Certified S580 from Francesco and Riley. I had been looking for the right one up and down the west coast. Was willing to drive from Seattle to Los Angeles for the right car. There were many options to choose from but the customer service of Francesco and Riley made it a no contest. Liberty Lake Mercedes was where I was going to purchase from. Hands down. To complicate the sale, and to the great credit of Francesco and Riley, during the transaction I was in Atlanta and my trade in was in Olympia, and I couldn’t be present in their store for another 7 days. It was no problem. They made this transaction as easy as if I was sitting in the room with them. They accomplished every task they said they would accomplish before they said they would have it done. This kind of customer service is practically nonexistent today, but it is in Liberty Lake/Spokane. So, moral of the story, it doesn’t matter where you are in the country, these two are the only ones you should deal with. Don’t waste your time going somewhere else. AND, enjoy your new Mercedes. Riley Wilson was our sales rep and he made us feel comfortable and at ease. I have purchased numerous vehicles in my life and this was the easiest and most stress free experience I've ever had and purchasing a car can be very stressful. OK, here's a review that might break the Internet. A dealership that actually cares about your vehicle and gives personal attention to make sure your vehicle is in the best shape. Scott, in service, was able to help me while I was on the road in a very tight timeline. We discussed it a few days before the service call and ensured we had all the necessary parts and the required man-hours to complete the job correctly. In my experience, dealerships tend to care more about the process of what they do in the building and not the actual job. Well, that wouldn't be the tendency if every dealership had a "Scott" in Service. So, a big kudos to Scott, who carries the name of his company on his shoulders and delivers 100% customer satisfaction. I respect and thank you guys for helping me get back on the road. Hopefully, the next time we hang out, it won't be in the shop.

I bought a car from Mercedes-Benz of Spokane and our car sales Cameron was Excellent. He went above and beyond to make our car buying experience fast and uncomplicated. He was the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Very genuine and not pushy! I would definitely buy a car from Mercedes- Benz of Spokane again because of the great experience Cameron provided.

I pulled up to Mercedes Of Spokane with my husband, feeling caught off guard and frustrated from another transaction that did not happen earlier in the day. We were greeted by a very nice employee named, Andrew. He was so inviting and very knowledgeable about everything Mercedes and even offered us coffee. We told him what our budget was and what vehicle we wanted to see and he was very accommodating. We saw the vehicle and Andrew pointed out all the nice accessories that it came with. Well we decided we wanted it!! We went back to his office and we made the deal. It was the least amount of time I have ever spent at a dealership. No tricks, no wasting our time, just very friendly and efficient service. It was a very smooth process and I absolutely love my new ML350. I would highly recommended Mercedes Of Spokane and ask for Andrew!!!
