Majid has been such a huge help with my battery and my starter. As someone who is clueless with cars, I appreciate all the help I can get. He recommended me having a portable car jumper in case of an emergency. I took his advice and now feel safer knowing I can solo jump my car now. I do travel a lot so this just made me feel better. I often don't leave reviews, but I wanted to show my appreciation! My part was not available in the store he works at so he advised me to pick one up on the 48th st advance auto parts where Rad helped me. I handed them a ticket that was given to me that had the product I needed and showed a discount on there as well. Unfortunately, the discount was not applied and the car jumper that I bought there (diehard) did not work. Rad was great and super informative with the warranties to both my car part and my diehard, but I am sad that my discount was not applied. I did not notice it until the day after. I called the store this morning and was told that I needed to return the product and repurchase the part to apply the discount. The refund and repurchase could take a while for my bank to process. Which means I would be drawing more money out of my bank before my refund is processed. Luckily, I went back to cornhusker where Majid helped me out and got me a replacement diehard! Will continue going to advance autoparts on cornhusker. Thank you!

Isaac is a "Rock Star"!! He explained how to fix a particular tricky part on my car, and watched over my shoulder and kept me calm for about 15 minutes (lol) He also helped me sign up online for "speed perks" I really needed his help and he was great!! Bravo Isaak!! Thanks,

The staff, especially Rad was extremely helpful. They all worked together to get my battery tested, replaced and on my way so fast.
