Batteries Plus

The service in friendliness and knowledge is the best! Get all of my batteries from here! I haven’t been in in almost a year and was still remembered! Definitely feel valued and like I’m getting the best product for the price!

My phone’s battery started to die quickly the last couple days. I work on my phone and so it’s a must for it to be working well. I went to a competitor’s shop who quoted me $380 to replace the battery and clean out the charging port and I would have to leave my phone there overnight. Instead, when I called Batteries Plus and spoke with Adam I was told he could fix it for about $80 + tax and it would take him an hour. I drove over immediately. Adam was friendly and to the point. I dropped off my phone and an hour later I came back to a phone with a battery that works and paid $85. I am definitely a happy, satisfied customer. Any other battery issues I might have (fingers crossed that I won’t!) I will definitely pay a visit to Batteries Plus first! Great service! Thank you, Adam.

No answer on my 786 number for multiple phone calls over a 30 minute span. My buddy was called back in less than a minute after his one call. Without calling me. This would have been my 1st time as a customer. Maybe I'll give other locations a chance, maybe not. This was unacceptable. I was calling to see if they had the HEPPC1500DT Odyssey in stock. Your loss.

I was directed here mistakenly by Samsung for a warranty. Even though they couldn't do the warranty work, the gentleman was very patient and kind as I tried to figure out what to do. I really appreciated the kindness on a frustrating day!

I made an online order, when i showed up Jalen immediately had my order ready. i took some time to look around and ended up buying more things. Jalen was super courteous and helpful. he even held the door for me on the way out. some times its the little things that matter and this store is doing it right

I had the pleasure of visiting your store on October 19th 2024. I was helped by Alex, a wonderful young man who patiently helped me with a warranty on a battery that I had bought in Missouri. I had had no luck with them on the phone, but after Alex called them up and patiently explained all the details, he was able to get my battery replaced at no charge. Thank you for employing such a courteous and delightful person, and for standing behind the products you sell.

Pleasure doing business there everything you need for batteries. The staff knows what they're doing the young man who is the manager treated me as though he owned the store. A really good experience. Another great experience. 09/05/2025 I believe this is the norm at this location. Especially if the manager on duty!
