Big Red Self Storage

Just moved into a locker, but so far everything is great. Super friendly and easy check in/renting a locker. Already have several load in the storage area. Very pleased with the cleanliness and ease of access of the facility. Would definitely recommend!

Big Red is my first experience renting a storage space. It has been top notch all the way. The facility is well maintained and super clean. Paying through the web portal is very quick and easy. I highly recommend Big Red. I'm sure other places are fine but you can't beat perfection! Why even look elsewhere?

I rented a small climate controlled unit. The grounds and units are clean and safe. Also, the units seem to be above the floodplain, and drainage around each building is planned out nicely (no worries about flood water damage). The site manager is helpful, always professional, and follows up on every aspect of starting the rental agreement. I would rent from this self-storage business again.

Curt the site manager was really helpful and answered all my questions. He did the paperwork and all I did was sign and pick a space(with his help). The facility was super clean , all lights working and carts available for use.I would highly recommend the facility.

EDIT: Despite being fully aware of my needs (needing a storage unit for a short undetermined amount of time) and saying that they could provide that. When it came time to refund the unused days not only did they refuse to give me a refund but they have the unit least to another customer. So they're collecting rent from me this month for it as well as from another customer. It doesn't get much more dishonest than that. You decide if you want to do business with a company with no integrity. They were very helpful and accommodating when I accidentally signed up for a controlled climate unit over the weekend and then signed up for a regular storage unit the same day. Monday morning I showed up and the were great at allowing me to get into the correct unit and cancel the climate controlled unit with no issues. Highly recommend!!

Great place and kind staff. Everything tip-top and fully functional. Our second time using these folks. Highly recommended.
