If it was possible to leave zero stars I would have!!! We purchased dog food here and both of our dogs started to vomit. We called and spoke with the manager Jeff about their return policy. He agreed to return the dog food without a receipt since that was the only thing purchased, if he could see the bank statement and rewards history. Go to the store and dealt with an older lady who instantly started huffing, puffing, and being rude. This is the second time we were treated this way. We thought maybe it was an off day the first time, but then she does it again. And then the gentleman that initiated the actual return was rude. I had moved the 2 40 pound bags of dog food twice for their convenience and he said "it’s real nice of us to exchange these since they’re opened and we will have to throw them away anyways" when the two bags of dog food were clearly not opened being tossed around from register to register. I responded with "they’re clearly not opened and the bag that I opened is at home and going to be donated to a dog that can tolerate it and I am not exchanging it, I am returning it" and he responded with "that’s good for you because we aren’t supposed to be doing this anyways without a receipt". I had called and spoke to the manager beforehand so I had all my ducks in a row before wasting a trip if they couldn’t have done that KNOWING that everyone has a different return policy. I am grateful to them for not having $90 go to waste but very disappointed in their actions as employees. 0/10 do not recommend going there. Going forward Tractor Supply Company and Chewy will be our go to!

Lady there was rude. I had fussy children and she was obviously bothered by them and was rushing me when I asked for help. I know it's not the store as a whole, But I was not having the easiest day. She Definitely did not make my day any better, nor did she make me want to use their service.

It is a very good place to get kitty litter. I've been going here for years for my kitty litter through all the name changes but it is still a great place to go!!!

I had no idea what this was. They have just about anything you can think of from clothing, shoes, food, tools, animal feed, and even a toy section.

A great old fashioned hardware store. A little out of the way, but Bomgaars is a true hidden gem. Perhaps the last vestige of the old fashioned hardware store know-how. Great prices too

Helpful friendly employees with a surprising variety of products. Gotta check it out!
