Camping World RV Sales

I brought my camper to Camping World because the cable on the slide-out broke. It took three weeks just to get it scheduled and dropped off for service. When I left it, I was told it would be about four weeks before they could even get to the repair. It’s now been six weeks and I still have zero updates. I’ve tried calling multiple times for a status, and haven’t received a single call back. The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. This has been a very poor experience after purchasing a camper through Camping World, and I wouldn’t recommend relying on their service department based on what I’ve gone through. I truly hope they improve their process and communication, because right now it’s unacceptable

Wish I could give ZERO stars! This company sucks and this location is worse! After 7 months and my last review 4 months ago I still haven't heard from the service manager and their half effort done. Look at my last review and their shotty workmanship. 7 months after my seals were 100% replaced and thousands of dollars later this is how my camper looks!

My husband and I had a good experience when purchasing our RV at Camping world in Lincoln. Everyone was a pleasure to work with! Especially our salesman Chris who didn’t complain once while taking us out on the coldest day of the year to look at campers! We had multiple interactions with the GM Bryce who was also wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend Camping world when looking to purchase a camper or anything camping related!

We stopped in Camping World Lincoln NE for emergency help on a Saturday recently. We were traveling east on I-80 when we discovered trouble early one morning with all of our RV tires inflation amounts. We had tried a quick fix at a Love’s travel station tire service center but the guy that helped us was having trouble accessing the valve stems on the dually wheels. He ended up over inflating two of our tires by 15 lbs each while the others remained around 15 lbs under. We stopped in unannounced and the advisor Susan, went above and beyond helping us! Bryce, the tech, made time for us on the spot! Within 30 minutes or so, we were back on the road with all of our tires at the correct inflation. To top it off, the didn’t charge us anything. I’m so impressed with these individuals, with Camping World, and the beautiful state of Nebraska! Thank you so much!

Super friendly, professional & fast!! Trey, Dave, Vikki and the young man who did the walk thru with us are amazing! Drove 8 hours to work with this crew…worth it!! Cheers to making new family memories 🙂

Great service from the Lincoln NE store. We replaced our couch with recliners. Sales employees were very helpful. Willing to run power cord to set on display so we could get a true feel of the recliner. Service department made the exchange and even loaded the old couch into the pickup of the person I had sold it to. While that was being done I decided to replace our mattress. Once again sales and service employees were ready and willing to make the exchange that same day. It was also nice to see and feel these items before purchasing. Thank you Dawn and Sue for all your help.

These folks are super friendly when they think they are going to sell you something. I unfortunately bought into all the extra un-necessay stuff they sell you. I was told I could cancel anytime. When I had some time to think about it, I decided to cancel some. That was May, it's now October and I still haven't seen the refund applied to my loan. I am paying interest on that money. When I call I get transferred around and excuses. I am to the point I am cancelling all of that extraeous crap. I might see a refund by the time the loan is paid off. I will never do business with these folks again. They are either incompetent or on the take, dragging their feet hoping I'll forget.
