Justin and Tracy are fantastic to work with! Justin makes time to explain options and provide advice, and Tracy provides quick updates on costs for recommended maintenance. I also really appreciate that they have loaner cars that you can schedule to minimize the impact to your schedule.

They did a a couple very detailed inspections at a fair price. Communicated the issues that needed to be addressed. The part I like the best is in the report they sent me the good things with my vehicle were listed first. I would recommend them to everyone I know. My son also took his vehicle there and that how I found them. He was please with the inspection they performed on his car also. Got a few things to finish getting fixed and I will for sure be bringing my vehicle back to them.

Custom Automotive Care provided great service & kept me up to speed on where they were at with repairs. They also took the time to provide in depth details on the services they were performing- what was normal/not normal diagnostically. Additionally, they informed me of suggested maintenance based on mileage. Their price quotes were accurate & their service was fantastic! After they serviced my car, I've had no issues & I overall feel it is running better- mileage, shifting, etc. They are now my auto repair shop of choice & I would highly recommend them as a top auto repair business in Lincoln.
