Interstate All Battery Center

I can’t say enough good things about Interstate Battery Center, and specifically Jim! I stopped by over lunch to get a new battery installed, and everything went smoothly. I drove back to work and finished my day as usual. But when I went to leave, my car wouldn’t unlock, and it wouldn’t start either. I had no clue what to do. Thankfully, the manager, Jim, went above and beyond. Even though the store was closed and he was off the clock, he came out around 6pm to help me out. He got my car started again, and I’m so grateful he took the time to do that on his personal time. This level of care and service is rare these days, and I’m incredibly impressed. Jim deserves a raise for this!!

This is the worst place I have ever done business with I called. They delivered me a battery. I put it in my car. The car would not start yet so I thought there was another problem. That is when the worst storm hit lake and it just hit like getting a while so I called and had it towed to find out that the battery they brought me is no good, they will not pay for the tow bill or any of that. All they will do is bring me another battery. My opinion this is very poor. Customer service will never do business with them again.

My interstate car battery died. I got it to them 3 minutes before they closed for the day. They said they had to test it and then gave me a loaner battery to use to get me by. THANK YOU.. Great customer service.

Great service great batteries and great people. In my opinion, it Doesn’t get any better than this place for all your battery problems and Replacements. Spectacular

I was very disappointed by this location. I sent my elderly mother there about 9 months ago to get a new battery. The battery died so she took it back for warranty replacement. They originally told her the alternator was bad. She took it to the dealer who diagnosed it with a bad battery. Even with the dealer diagnosis, they refused to warranty the battery. In the end, my mother had to buy a new battery at the dealer. That fixed the problem, been running well this last month. Unfortunately, I won't be sending anybody back to this location as I feel they scammed my mother.

Lost a regular customer today. Bought a new battery and after 4 hours of use, the terminal broke off. You could CLEARLY see the corroded bubble where the lead had ripped off and there were sandy little metal bits falling out. Obviously a manufacturers defect in the lead casting. I was told they couldn't help me because I broke it.
