RUDE FRONT COUNTER GUY. I called asking about a battery, was told yes in stock. Didnt get the persons name i talked to an hour before. Walked in guy says AGM only thing i have, i mentioned i just called and is was $200. He said " Only non-agm one i have is in omaha and its $320. " Have to drive to omaha to get one and its $300. When i just looked online and it said " pick up in store in 30 minutes and its $219. Ill will buy else where.
Heads up to customers: They don’t warranty their lifetime tools without the original receipt. EDIT: I called the 800 number. They told me to kick rocks as well. Thanks NAPA!

Knowledgeable staff bud not take parts back without a receipt even though they said Napa all over the boxes and one of the guys there was the one who rang me up for those parts
Needed fuel filters for the my 1992 DT466 in my bus as it was having a fuel issue. They had the filters in stock. Price was a bit high as I found that one of the truck stores had the Fleetguard filters for 1/2 the price.
The worse employees ever. I have never been talked to or treated by a company so badly! I can not believe these employees have jobs. Do they not realize they represent this company. All over a battery. I hope NAPA takes a good look at who they have dealing with their customers!
Employees are very friendly and helpful. They all have the NAPA know how attitude and if they dont have the answer they will try and get it for you. They have a large inventory of parts and can usually get things not in stock within a day or two. The starters and alternators carry a lifetime warranty which is very nice. These parts are also top quality and seem to last a long time. The store is clean and organized which is nice. I was surprised when I seen bucket teeth on a shelf on the sales floor. They have a lot of great products here! Well worth the stop if you have a need for parts!
