Tim and the rest of staff are awesome. Tim even helped my husband to bring very heavy truck parts out to truck. Well run store and well air conditioned.

Store will not accept returns of online shipping to home purchases even though the return policy online states they do. Only way to find out if a store is corporate or local and actually takes returns is to call their customer service. Instead of stating that and explaining it, they chose to say that they don't make any money in them so they've been told by the owner to not do it. Manager was incredibly hostile. Sucks there aren't any businesses that actually care unless you spend an insane amount there. We will no longer buy our parts or refer our customers to this store for parts. Pics are the return policy and what comes up on the store locator. I have called the customer service number. They sent the issue to someone. But nothing will happen. I can't even get a # directly.to the department that handles issues like this. They could not have shown They cared less short of actually saying it.

These are Great guys! I’ve been working with Tim for everyday parts and odd parts for 16 years now. They make my job easier.

Great service, very knowledgeable staff. I went in and talked to a guy named Oz and it was like talking to my mechanic which is much better than the usual of trying to explain things to some high-school kid making minimum wage. I spent a lot less than I had expected too. If you need car parts you should definitely give this place a try.

Went in for steering fluid and met the nicest employee who helped me find the right kind and even gave me some advice on my vehicle.

This is a good retail store. They are knowledgeable and friendly and take the time to help you answer questions, refine your needs, and then research for the right parts. The NAPA brand quality is always good. Recommended!
