Northwest RV Boat & Public Storage

I've been a customer for almost 2 years and have had a very good experience there. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If there is hail or damaging wind, they send out email notifications. My RV had a dead battery when I went to pick it up, and the owner gladly loaned me tools and even helped remove the battery so I could take it home to charge it. I recommend them highly.

The facility is NOT a secure site. There are locked gates, but there is a whole section of fence down on the West side of the compound. There are no cameras in my area of storage and the gate that used to be locked is now never locked, even though we have a key for the lock. The facility will NOT cover damage...their insurance does not cover damage or vandalism. I and a couple of other people had their catalytic converters take off the vehicles and the cost was over a grand to replace. I am not comfortable returning my vehicle to this unsecured facility. They offered to put me in a new area where there were cameras, but it is next to the hole in the fence. Having been in security for many years, if the camera system is poor then the system is worthless, plus it only records theft, but does not prevent it. Not to mention I just got a notice that after being there many years, they are keeping my deposit...figures.

A great RV and boat storage facility on the northwest corner of Lincoln I have not had the pleasure of storing anything at this facility that we were hired to spread Rock in the parking lots around the buildings there and that place is very well maintained and kept clean if I need to store something I would start at this place without hesitation.

Great storage lot for campers boats trailers cars! Had my camper here for a little over a year purchased a home and no longer needed my spot but I will be back once I get a pontoon boat. Highly recommend great service and communication
