Hey there! Just had an awesome experience I wanted to share. Yes, me, the queen of shopping, had to return something. Normally, I'm notorious for procrastinating on returns until it's almost too late. This time, it was at Home Depot, can you believe it's been ages since I last visited? My sister came along and as we entered the lively, well-lit store, we were warmly greeted by these energetic associates, Kyle and Emily. They were like peas and carrots, perfectly in sync. Maintaining excellent eye contact, always smiling, and they listened carefully to us as they prepared our return package. No slacking at all! The store was absolutely sparkling, and their bright red polo shirts against the bold store colors were such a sight! Red, black, and white never looked so good. The store setup is great, agreed, but these two, Kyle and Emily, really hit it out of the park I'm super impressed and left feeling like the future of customer service at Home Depot is gonna be more than just fine with stars like them. Somehow a office supply store doesn't have specialized types of folders. Just the same ones you can buy from Walmart. They do printing though, and there's some good stuff to be found.

Needed to have documents shredded. Great process and great deal! Will definitely use again. Helpful staff.

I recently visited your store to tackle a rather daunting project—scanning a massive number of documents—and I want to express my profound gratitude for the exceptional service I received. Although I only caught Jeremy and Deina’s names, every single employee who assisted me was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and patient. Their willingness to help me navigate the self-service copiers, even with thousands of pages to scan, made an otherwise overwhelming task feel manageable. I cannot thank Jeremy enough for going above and beyond to speed up the scanning process. He was proactive, resourceful, and genuinely eager to make sure everything went smoothly. Deina, too, was outstanding—she always made herself available to answer questions, offer helpful tips, and ensure I felt supported. In fact, everyone working there had a positive, can-do attitude that made a considerable difference. Ultimately, I decided to call it a day after four or five hours and purchased a printer that will better handle my enormous quantity of documents at home. Even though I didn’t get to scan as many files as I had hoped (due to my own poor planning), the experience was still incredibly positive. The friendly banter, the warm conversations, and the genuine kindness I encountered turned a potentially stressful undertaking into a surprisingly uplifting one. Thank you for making an emotionally difficult task a little easier. The support and enthusiasm from your team will stay with me, and I look forward to returning for any future office needs. Your employees truly exemplify what top-notch customer service should be.

The printing center at the store has horrible Customer service do not let them talk you into the extra fee to be priority because they will not actually bump you priority not only did I sit in the store and wait for two hours only to watch them help self serve kiosk people they did not pay the priority service fee helped before me one after another for literally two hours straigt, but they told me to come back the next day they would call me when it’s ready. They called me shortly before close the next day and told me they were just starting on them. Mind you when I paid the priority fee. They told me there was no one else priority ahead of me and they would get them done immediately. Go elsewhere for your printing needs!

Great service at this location! Store is clean and organized and employees are helpful. This store is fairly updated compared to most Office Depot locations. Great selection of ink and toner and writing supplies.
