I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location. When I came in to pick up parts, the manager, Ryan, refused to assist me and even told his staff, "Feel free not to help him either." Following his lead, a couple of the employees got aggressive and confrontational—one even got in my face like he was trying to start a fight. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in town. The behavior I witnessed was completely unacceptable, and I’ll be reporting this incident to corporate. I hope serious action is taken, because no customer should be treated this way.
