We purchased a SUPERtrax Warrier in Gloss Red from Rolling Hills in 2019. At that time it was >$400. It was great for the first several years. Then we needed a new battery because it wouldn't run for more than 5 minutes. Customer service is horrendous. We have been trying to get the Warrior to work since 2023. We received a damaged order, were redirected to the service department to troubleshoot and reorder a replacement, then attempted to use the batteries that were ordered which didn't fit. The Service Department said that we needed an adapter. Adapter was ordered. Then they told us that we needed to splice wires to get it to work. Then were told that we could just use 1 battery instead of 2 (however, 1 battery resulted in it working for 5 minutes). Now we are told that the batteries ordered were not the correct batteries for our model and they only have a 30 day return policy. Again, we have been dealing with this since 2023! Do not buy from this company. They literally do not care.

I spoke to the customer service representative over the phone and the phone was picked on the first ring and she gave me all the info I was looking. She is very professionall proactive customer service giver. Additionally, I was looking for battery specification and she transferred me to the right person. The technical guy knows every detail about kids rides on a car. He is very helpful and has in-depth knowledge. I am extremely satisfied with their service. The product is also very nice. I love it. Especially the leather seat and the internal functions. They are exemplary for other companies. The company should retain employees like them. I would recommend their kids ride in a car for everybody

Spent 730 dollars on one of there power wheels and it’s only been a year. And have had more problems than ever with this little car and they make you pay for every single thing that goes wrong. I’ve already had to replace front axel(metal). Batteries, both motors, radios twice. Speaker went out. Steering wheel buttons stopped working. And now it just won’t even charge. I’ve spent hours and hours doing repairs and still can’t figure this power wheel out. And customer service is awful. Absolutely ridiculous.

Bought our wedding tents in 2017, great quality, we still use them. Also bought one of their remote cars for my best friend’s kid. He still loves it 3 yrs later. We’ll be getting another soon.

Have purchased two 20x40 tents from RHT. On both orders, the RHT staff gave us accurate info. Shipped within 1-2 days. Received tracking #'s to monitor the shipment. Arrived in good condition. No missing parts. Setup and install was easy. Overall a great job. Would recommend and refer.

I bought two tents from this place for my business and I spent $ 3.500 for both . I had them up for 5 weeks, we had less than 2 inches of snow during the night, the next morning both tents were caved in. The tarp is a great quality the frame is junk . Costumer service not good at all. The only thing they told me it was: you should know that they are temporary tents .

So far so good.. prices on the higher side. Did a lot of research and looked at reviews, ended up getting my great grandson one. Will see how it performs. Bought the Toyota Tundra. Until I get all results will give 3 stars
