I had a heartfelt experience with a female employee in the printing department today around 6:00 p.m. She was professional and polite, and though I didn’t catch her name, she made a strong, positive impression. We’ll definitely visit the staples store again.

I had an amazing experience with Jade in the printing department. He went above and beyond to help me with my job resume and even taught me a thing or two. Patient, helpful, polite, amazing. I can’t thank him enough.

The associate who helped me, Bruce, was super friendly and knowledgeable! He helped me process my items for e-recycling, signed up for rewards, and got my online order picked up.

Do not use them to forward packages to for hold. I was out of town and had UPS packages forwarded to them to be picked up by some. That person picked up the packages, but they didn't had them all over. Now the box they forgot is going back to the sender and I'm having to jump through hoops to try getting it back. Which won't happen and I'll have to pay shipping again.

The person at checkout was courteous even though it didn’t seem like there were enough employees to handle the workload

Came here shopping for some business supplies and the employees were all really helpful and knowledgeable about their job and got me in and out quick, very clean store also.

I turned in batteries and recycled ink cartridges and tabs, clerk was pleasant and speedy. Got $13 credit!!
