Great outfit! Fantastic customer service, realistic and accurate estimate of custom product delivery time. Incredibly helpful and polite staff! Mike did a great job on my install. I ordered a custom ARE-Z series topper for my Tacoma. Mike provided an estimated delivery date that was spot on and when I drove halfway across the state and showed up nearly 2 hours early he worked me in and did a great job on my install! He took the time to answer all my questions and my overall experience could not have been better! Highly recommend!!!

The gents working this store are very friendly and helpful. They don't hesitate to provide advice and help you correct the issue. Their prices are good and they are willing to work with you. They know their stuff.

I went in to get an estimate and set an appointment to have 2 shock skid plates installed. These plates only require that 2 bolts on each shock be loosened, not removed, and then the plate slid in place. Those 2 bolt would then need to be tightened to torque specs. I went to the shop because I am older and the rear shocks require that they be torqued to 350 ft pounds and I do not have the strength for that. I was quoted 2 hours of labor to loosen a total of 4 bolts, slide 2 plates into place, then retighten those 4 bolts. WHAT? There are numerous videos online of people doing this in about 30 minutes in their driveway. I then went to another shop who had it all done in less than 30 minutes and that included them doing a short test drive after..

Went in to grab some clamps for a topper as mine were lost somewhere in the endless pit I call a toolbox. The gentleman at the counter went back, handed them to me and told me to come back once I put my topper on and they’d make sure it was installed, wired, and mounted correctly. A+ service will definitely have me going back for a few more things for my truck in the near future!
