Trek Bicycle Lincoln

Staff was very helpful with me and my four year old son. They made him feel right at home, he got a free decorative patch for his shirt, a couple tootsie rolls, and helped keep him company and having fun while I was forced to take an important call for 5 minutes. They were all very Knowledgable with a balanced selection of bikes for different riding preferences. Went for a 2 hour ride with my son right after purchasing and he kept saying "I like riding together!" Worth it!

From the point I walked in I felt like top priority! Staff was very helpful and had all the recommendations! Drew answered all my questions and was VERY knowledgeable! This will be my go to store from now on!

From the moment I walked in, I was taken care of by the best people, and they listened to my needs!! They guided me through the new world (to me) of e-bikes. I got the best e-bike for me, along with safety gear. They were conscientious of my budget all through the process. I had the best experience ever! Experience was great and exactly what i needed being a new rider. I recently bought a marlin 7 and wanted to upgrade to a better model, but was unable to decide between an x caliber or a roscoe…. until i met George from stationed out in Lincoln Ne! He explained the differences in the two and gave great detail on how a rider will on either or. After my first bike ride with my new roscoe 8, i’ll have to say he was 100% right! and would like to thank them for the time they took to give me the bike that was truly suited for me.

I visited the Bike Rack store on a sunny Saturday in Omaha to look for a new road bike, to replace my Raleigh road bike that’s about nine years old. The salesman there was friendly and helpful, he let me test drive three bikes and I fell in love with one of those bikes, the Marin Gestalt 2.5. The only problem was, it was in a 54 frame and I needed at least a 56 frame for my height/build (my Raleigh is a 56 frame). After riding it, the salesman and I both agreed that the frame was too small for me, and I was disappointed because I really liked this bike better than the Trek and other models I tested (plus it was discounted on close out). I asked him if he had a 56 frame here or in Lincoln and he said no. I went home and checked the Bike Rack website and noticed that they had shown a 56 frame in stock. I immediately called the Lincoln store right before they closed on Saturday and asked them if they had it in stock, the friendly lady on the phone said "yes." I asked if she could hold it for me so I could pick it up the next day on Sunday, and she agreed and took my information over the phone. I drove down the next day and met Dan who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about bikes. He let me test drive the bike that I held, and he showed me where I could ride it and take it for a long ride before I committed to buy it. I rode it and it was perfect, he did encourage me to ride another model of Trek just to make sure and I’m glad he did because it made the Marin even more desirable. I learned so much about bikes from Dan, I immediately purchased the Marin Gestalt 2.5 in the 56 frame and before I left the store, Dan took me over to a map and showed me all the trails I could go on in Lincoln and recommended a particular route given the time I had to be back in Omaha. I followed his instruction exactly and I had a beautiful maiden voyage through downtown Lincoln. I love this bike and Dan,with his many years of experience, made the whole purchase experience amazing. I am trying to convince my friends to go down to Lincoln and meet Dan to buy a bike from him. I may have my bike serviced at the Bike Rack store in Omaha but when I buy another bike, I’m heading down to Lincoln and buying it from Dan.
