Ordered an electric dirt bike on 11/4/25 from Spreetail LLC through Amazon. It was supposed to arrive 11/6, but they canceled my order, issued a refund, and relisted the same item the next day for a much higher price. Refused to honor the original price. Very shady, deceptive, and unethical. Avoid this seller at all costs!

They sent me a defective mattress—only the middle inflated properly, rising to about 12 inches, while the edges and corners stayed flat at just 3 inches. It's completely unusable, and nothing like what was advertised. When I contacted customer service, they refused to take it back unless I returned it in the original box—which, of course, is impossible after opening and expanding the mattress. Their "solution"? They told me to find a mattress-sized box at a grocery store. What grocery store carries boxes big enough for a mattress? Completely unreasonable. They’ve made it clear they won’t stand behind their product or provide a fair return process. This is a shady return policy designed to trap customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and buying from a brand with real customer service and a trustworthy return policy.

I purchased a VIAIR 450P portable HD compressor for over landing and other uses. They had the lowest price + free shipping + no sales tax. Ordered on a Wednesday, and it arrived on Friday. Fantastic service. I'll definitely buy from them again!

Terrible bunch of grifters. I purchased a rototiller from Amazon. I used it for less than 5 minutes. It didn't fit my needs so I returned it. THEY CHARGED ME A $100 RESTOCKING FEE. Claimed that I had "damaged" the item, but they couldn't describe the damage. BECAUSE THERE'S NO DAMAGE. THEY LIE SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR MONEY. Such a sleazy, shady practice. I got my refund from Amazon. I hope they charge that directly to Spreetail. That's the last time I ever make a purchase from Spreetail. Buyer beware, they are an awful company. I will be leaving bad eviews everywhere I can. Losers.

Buyer beware. I really wish I could upload the emails and pictures and correspondence with these people. My beach chair came damaged because they packed in a box not big enough and pushed up at the top and did not pack anything in to protect it. They said they would replace it if I closed my return on eBay. I did and then they would not refund or replace or send for pickup. They are frauds. They talk you into closing return requests so they can then force you to pay shipping (which is outrageous) back when the product was damaged on delivery and their site states they give you a label but they won't. So I took it to paypal to dispute and now this company wants me to cancel it too promising a replacement that will not happen.

Acheter un meuble de bureau via Walmart reçu endommagé. Il me dise à chaque semaine qu'il vont rembourser. Maintenant depuis 3 semaines aucun remboursement. Il dise toujours que le remboursement va arrivé d'ici 3 à 5 jours ouvrables. Compagnie à éviter vour risquer d'être très déçu.
