Casey at the Brookwood location was so helpful when I went in this morning! She accepted a key for me to get deliveries. Also she got the tenants access to the dumpster again.

Ashley was very helpful ! She went out of her way to help us with our storage unit , as well as gave us water in the heat on a VERY hot day !! She’s the best !

August, 2025 Casey and Drew were wonderful to help me out getting a unit on short notice. Excellent customer service! Happy to do business with them again! We were referred to Ashley, at Spaces, by a friend of ours that has rented storages there for several years and spoke so highly of her service and the facilities there. It is always so clean and well lit. Their app also allows you easy, remote access in/out of the gates and elevators. We rented several units when planning our move across the country. Ashley made the process so seamless and easy and has continued great service whenever we've needed help. I highly recommend giving her a call for your storage needs!

I rented online, drove across country, checked into, and set up my new storage space. Quick and easy. Clean facility with helpful office staff. I was able to take my time setting up shelves and unloading my truck. Thanks, CubeSmart!

We’ve been very pleased with this storage unit facility! The units are clean, updated, and easy to access. It feels very secure, and I appreciate the little extras like music playing in the building when we’re moving our stuff in and out. The customer service has also been wonderful. The manager, Ashley, is very knowledgeable and helped us figure out the right size unit for our needs. Highly recommend!
