I reached out to Omega when we needed a new service company for our solar system and they replied promptly and have been wonderful to work with. They always reply when I have questions and concerns, are always on time for service calls and everyone I’ve dealt with is kind, polite and very professional.

I contacted Omega after my installing company left stranded me with a system that I paid for and didn’t work back in 2022.   Savvy and her team was able to get all the necessary permits with the city as well as get my interconnection paperwork done with my utility company.  Omega’s team of technicians came out and fixed all of the mistakes that were made during the original install, and they took care of getting my inverter covered under warranty.  Because of this company I now have a producing solar system!  To take on someone else’s problems at a reasonable price really speaks to who they are as a company.  Words cannot express how grateful I am that I found Omega.

I had my solar installed by someone else who then went out of business. I called Omega with a problem (that was not their doing) and Savvy was awesome on the phone. She explained things to me and got me a service tech quickly. He diagnosed the problem which was actually with the Enphase device that captures and records the watts produced and consumed and sent to First Electric. He ordered a replacement device, still under warranty, and came out to install it once they received it. I had to pay reasonable service fees for their time, but after he installed it, he had me bring up my Enphase app and showed me how it was working and explained several features to me. If I need help with solar again, I will definitely call OMEGA. And I'd recommend OMEGA to friends and family.
