US Storage Centers

Rebecca was very thorough when checking me in, and I felt very well informed throughout the entire process. She got me a really great deal on my unit and made sure that I had options. She was very kind and made sure that I knew that she was willing to work with me on anything that might come up during my time using their storage space. I feel very well taken care of and I made the right choice picking US storage centers!

I only needed the space for a few days while I was in between apartments. You cannot access your stuff after 9pm, and if you are in after that, you get locked in and charged extra. You have to type in your code to get out, and it wont open after 9. That was not helpful when i was trying to get a whole truck unloaded by myself. Anyway, when I was done with the unit, I tried to go tell them to close out my lease, but nobody was at the office. The hours said they were open, but it was clear nobody had been there all day. There were 2 other customers waiting as well, one was a moving company that had an issue with the gate code, and one was a man trying to get a unit. Both called the main line, but nobody could get through to anyone that mattered. All 3 of us ended up leaving after about an hour of waiting. What kind of establishment doesnt even hang a sign saying they will be closed today or whatever? It was very off-putting, and I would not recommend this place. There are so many places that have better prices, gate etiquette, and customer service.

Chuck is absolutely the most friendly and helpful person!! We was going to go to CubeSmart but change our minds nearly immediately we accidentally stumbled upon this storage place because Google maps took us here instead of CubeSmart and well nicest customer service I have ever witnessed 10 out of 10 and the prices are unbeatable

UPDATE: We've been here for a few months and love it. We needed to upgrade to a larger unit and Rebecca was TERRIFIC! I highly recommend this clean and centrally located location. There was a hiccup trying to connect with staff, but once we connected the service was great. The manager is very pleasant and professional.

Michelle was incredibly helpful getting us into a storage space in a very short amount of time. She was professional, thorough and compassionate. Really appreciate all of her assistance. The property is clean and easy to access.

Rebecca was incredible! I had accidentally made a reservation at the wrong location and she was able to get me the best rate she could. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommended this location to everyone 🙂

Chuck was super helpful at US Storage. He made sure I had everything I needed to be successful. I appreciate that he lives on-site and keeps watch over the property. It is a beautiful, clean facility with ground-level access. I feel safe and taken care of with my belongings!
